• Perform ELISA, immunohistochemistry (IHC), slide mounting, and confocal brain imaging of mouse IPN using the Zeiss 880 microscope
• Prepare surgical needles and shadow stereotaxic surgeries for fiber photometry
• Conduct mouse behavioral assays (CSDS, GTT, SI), administer IP injections, and measure blood glucose and body weight
• Participate in weekly lab meetings and neuroscience seminars to discuss research progress and current literature
